Well, I caught the cold that’s been going around, so I’ve been cooped up inside the last couple of days. Yesterday, I spent some time in a comfy armchair with my kleenex box on one side and some origami paper and books on the other. In my groggy state, I didn’t do a great job with most of my creations, but this kangaroo and her joey turned out kind of cute.
I guess one good thing about being sick was that since I was sitting still more than usual, I could feel the baby moving quite often. We find out this Thursday if it’s a boy or a girl, but since the beginning we’ve been calling it “Babybug.” Apparently, Babybug is growing well, because my tummy is definitely sticking out, as you can see in this photo Austin took a few days ago.
