We reserved a Zipcar yesterday to make a run to the nearest Walmart, which is out in Framingham. We have CVS all over the city for basic drugstore stuff, but you have to get food from the grocery store, furniture from a furniture store, hardware from the hardware store, etc. In a way, this helps support smaller, locally-owned businesses, which I like. But sometimes you just want to make one stop (when you’re about to have a baby, for instance).
I probably won’t post again until after the baby comes. My body seems to have figured out something big is about to happen, because I can hardly keep my eyes open or stay on my feet the last few days. We go in for the c-section on Thursday, so please pray for me, for the baby, and for my sweet husband, who’s going to have to take care of both of us (with help from my Mom and sister, thankfully)!
