We caught a stomach bug. It started yesterday morning with Sam losing his breakfast and stretched into hour after hour of misery, with Mommy joining in the fun last night. I’ll spare you the photos of the hamper overflowing with clothes, the half-empty bottle of pedialyte in the fridge, pillows and blankets on the couch…
It seems to be over now. I’m still rather green, but it’s slowly fading. Sam is playing happily, though not energetically. Austin managed to resist the illness and is getting ready to go to school. Daylight is here. I think we’ll be ok after all.

I am glad mother and son are doing better now. It is so hard when a little one is sick, you feel so sorry for them and would gladly take their place, but both of you being sick is above and beyond. You are a good mom.
