We’ve returned from a wonderful trip to visit Austin’s parents in SC. For several days during the visit, we went up to their cottage in the Smoky Mountains. Nature lover that I am, most of my photos were taken there. But we also were able to spend a Sunday visiting friends down in Columbia, where we haven’t been since we moved. And thanks to Grandma and Grandpa, we’ve all rested and eaten better this last week than we ever do at home!

Great shots, Lita. I hope that Lake Santeetlah photo can eventually be posted on the cottage website. I was looking at the same clouds and sun with camera in hand and still didn’t think to take that picture.
