Well, we’re home. Sorry there weren’t any Thursday Thoughts this week. I hadn’t had time to set up a post in advance, and we were traveling yesterday. The kids did well again. I might write a post next week about some of the tricks that helped us survive traveling with an infant and toddler. But you know how it goes. As soon as you think you’ve figured the little goobers out, they surprise you with new challenges. 
My camera didn’t make it back. What I mean to say is that I forgot it when packing to come home, along with my precious Wal-Mart reading glasses that magically prevent tension headaches. Why couldn’t I forget something silly, like a pair of socks? Anyway, until the package arrives that my mom is so mercifully sending to her forgetful daughter, we’ll have to look at some photos I’d already happened to load onto my hard drive.
Jasmine is my sister’s little cat. She’s at that “teenager” stage: bigger than a kitten, but not quite full grown. She’s obsessed with water, and will actually sneak into the shower with you to perch on the edge of the tub, playing with stray water drops. Sam had a blast chasing her around. Another important fact: Jasmine + laser pointer = quality entertainment.

I enjoyed the cat pics. We had fun playing with (torturing?) our cats with a laser pointer.
This reminds me… on posts that are just a picture, I cannot seem to comment. Is this the way things are or I am doing something wrong? I had wanted to comment about an absolutely adorable Maggie pic a while back!
