Saturday was the day of the wedding we’ve all been looking forward to. I don’t even need to tell you how amazingly gorgeous it was. See for yourself!!!
P.S. The first few are photos of the flowers before they were arranged.

Maggie and I went to Jessica’s bridal shower on Saturday! Truffles, coffee, gourmet tea, and a great time hanging out with the girls… It was perfect.
See what’s new at royal buffet. Go! Right now! Without delay!
Carrie (the lovely, talented friend and former coworker) left a comment recently and it dawned on me that I’ve never featured her company, Two Trick Pony! She and another creative former coworker make fun, beautiful stationery and prints using earth-friendly inks silkscreened onto recycled paper. Check out their website here and their etsy store here.

A friend treated us and the Landrys to lunch the other day at Cabot’s, an adorable little ice cream parlor / diner in Newton. Sam and Tess enjoyed tasting (and wearing) a bit of their parents’ desserts. Maggie slept sweetly through the whole lunch.

With our little girl due December 21st, all the decorations and activities remind us not only that Christmas is around the corner, but that our family is about to grow! Today, the excitement really hit us. For one thing, we had a huge Christmas lunch at the Landrys. It’ll be the last one before they [...]

This was an odd week, snow on one day, 60 degrees another! We celebrated Thanksgiving with our friends the Landrys and had a wonderful time. I made an easy (Yay!) pumpkin cranberry bread, and Austin made two pumpkin pies. He tried his mother’s recipe for the crust this time, and it was delicious! The Landry [...]

Stephanie tagged me to do a list like the one she just made over at her blog. She was inspired by a Real Simple article that talks about how people (especially women) sometimes focus so intently on our failures and flaws that we become discouraged, and forget the little victories. I do think we can [...]

Our friends Jacob and Laura visited this week with their adorable one-year-old, Alana. We did a lot of sightseeing, and of course shared that wonderful parental experience of trying to convince our babies that what felt to them like 7:30am had now become 6:30am, a completely unacceptable time for them to wake us up. It [...]
